Yes, we can make a custom light for you. Please contact us with your design ideas. You can choose from different types of wood, colors cords, sockets, and finishes and cord length that you like. We would love to work with you to create the perfect light for your home.

In Canada, we ship our lights with Canada Post. In the US, we ship our lights with UPS. You will receive your order within 7-10 business days. For orders to the US or international, more time may be needed to go through customs. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when we fulfill the order.

Electric cables can be made to any custom length. The length you need depends on the ceiling height and how you are going to install the light. Cable length can be easily adjusted slightly or cut by an electrician if they are too long.

For each of our ceiling lights you may select to have the electric cable even length or staggered. Even length means that all the sockets and lampshades will hang at the same length. Staggered length means that the electric cable will be different lengths for each pendant, so the sockets and lampshades will hang at different lengths. For these lights, the height of the light is measured from the top of the light to the bottom of the lowest socket or lampshade.

In the box with your lights, we will include installation instructions. All brackets and accessories are certified through CSA Standards in Canada and US.
