UDL Shipping Policy
Urban Design Lights accept returns, exchanges and cancellations as per our Policy rules:
- If you have any problems, please contact UDL by email at info@urbandeisgnlights
- Please contact UDL within 7 days after delivery of your order
- In case of any damage or broken parts, please send us a photo showing the damage.
- In case of any damage during delivery, UDL offers an exchange of the damaged parts at no charge.
- UDL accepts returns for products that do not meet the client’s expectations for refund or exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage.
- UDL cannot accept returns for custom items but offers exchanges for any damaged or defective parts.
- Returned products must be dispatched 21 days after delivery.
- Returned products must be in original condition and not installed
- If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Refunds will be issued within 3 days after UDL receives the returned product.
- UDL accepts cancellation within 24 hours after purchase.
- Every light fixture is made to order. Orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and ship.
